ADVERTISING SALES REPRESENTATIVE ROLE:

Our sales force is a valued resource within our organization, and we are looking for professional individuals that are excited about selling for our Advertising & Creative Services Division. Achieving our goals and maintaining our status as the best in the business requires exceptional, determined sales people to share our excitement and vision of excellence.

Daily life for a sales representative in our organization is spent approaching businesses to promote our advertising product (small to medium size business owners). Sales representatives must have no fear of talking directly with the decision makers, sharing the benefits on our on-screen advertising product, developing trust relationships with local businesses to develop the territory and organizing all the necessary steps to finalize a sale. Our successful representatives enjoy the freedom/flexibility our position has to offer as well as selling an exciting and effective advertising product.

While some other forms of advertising have been decreasing, our industry is enjoying double digit growth. On-screen advertising has the greatest recall rate of any advertising medium. REQUIREMENTS FOR CINEMA ADVERTISING SALES INCLUDE:
The ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships and quickly gain the trust of customers
Strives to provide unprecedented customer service
A previously demonstrated record of outside sales success (prefer advertising sales)
Able to travel within a specific territory
Desire to build strong long lasting relationships with clients
High self esteem with a “no fear” attitude
Desire to work hard and have fun
